GoWāndr Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GoWāndr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GoWāndr mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by GoWāndr ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the GoWāndr app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

GoWāndr provides travel planning tools designed to help users discover destinations and travel options based on their budget, dates, and preferences.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

  • Use the Service to transmit harmful or malicious code

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without permission

We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of travel prices

  • Availability of flights or accommodations

  • That prices shown in the app will remain the same when booking

All travel bookings are completed through third-party providers. Any transactions or disputes must be resolved directly with those providers.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links to third-party websites, booking platforms, or services.

GoWāndr does not control and is not responsible for:

  • Third-party content

  • Third-party privacy policies

  • Transactions conducted with third-party services

Your interactions with third-party providers are governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the Service—including but not limited to:

  • App design

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Software

are the exclusive property of GoWāndr and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce the Service

  • Reverse engineer the software

  • Distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Service without permission.

7. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the GoWāndr mobile application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not grant ownership of the app or its content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

GoWāndr makes no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy of travel information

  • Reliability of the Service

  • Availability without interruption or errors

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoWāndr and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of the Service

  • Travel bookings made through third parties

  • Errors or inaccuracies in travel data

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without prior notice.

We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • We suspect misuse of the Service

  • Required by law or platform policies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
